1: The management (Robert) has acquired a new product: Office 2000.
Well, the box looks nice and everyone else buys it.
2: The package is given to the systems department (Agnete) for usability testing and the department immediately goes to work. Office 2000 seems not to be entirely stable.
3: "But I assure you, this is standard use of the product!"
(Indeed it seems to be the standard use of any product.)
4: A thorough test requires deep concentration.
5: It seems that Office 2000 is not stable under extended use.
6: The management will have to find another product to meet their needs. Something based on a more stable technology such as the "Comforter 2000". A pity about the pretty box though.
