If you want to get an idea about PHP before the Thursday-Friday
workshop, the following materials are recommended:

We have configured Apache+PHP+Mysql on a Linux server at KVL; we will use
that during the course. This is also a standard package at most web hosting
companies worldwide.
If in addition you want to set up a similar thing on a Windows server at home or
in your organization, you will need:

It should be said also that the teachers don't know much about the details of installation under Windows
