Registration

Please, register for the course as soon as possible. Until May 31, the registration is considered preliminary. If not canceled, the preliminary registration is considered to be finite by June 1, 2006. The number of participants is limited to 24. Three seats are reserved for PhD students from the Baltic countries. In case of over-subscription, the organizer will (in accordance with the relevant national contact person) select the participants among the applicants.

If you wish to register for the course (Baltic applicants must follow a special procedure - see below), you may instead send an e-mail to the address phd@dina.kvl.dk with the following information:

• Whether or not you are a PhD student
• A statement saying that you have read and accept the tems and conditions listed below:

After a few days your application will be confirmed trough the list of applicants (Baltic applicants will not appear on the list).  Appearance on the list is only a confirmation that the application has been received. It is not a list of participants.

Terms and conditions (Baltic applicants have other rules - see below)

PhD students from NOVA universities participate for free. PhD students from other universities as well as everyone else must pay for accommodation and meals (8500 DKK). Priority is given to NOVA PhD students.

Unlike previous years, there will be no reimbursement of travel costs (not even for NOVA PhD students). It is the obligation of the participant's university to cover the travel costs.

Each participant must bring a laptop computer with wireless network. No computers will be provided at the course centre. If, for any reason, it is not possible for you to bring a computer with you, you must mention it at registration.

Baltic applicants

A special funding through NordForsk will be provided by the NOVA University (if possible). Therefore, Baltic applicants will have a special application procedure, which is described at the BOVA University home page at http://www.bova-university.org/index.php?list=phd
