Reimbursement of travel costs

Due to a grant from NorFA, NINA will be able to cover all travel costs of the participants. The procedure for this reimbursement is as follows:

• Each participant makes the necessary arrangements concerning bookings, time schedule etc.
• The participant's department pays for the tickets in the first place
• The participant pays for local transport (taxi etc.) directly
• After the course, the participant is paid by his/her department according to usual rules at the university in question.
• The department invoices NINA for the full costs of the travel, and NINA will reimburse the department in agreement with the actual costs of the travel.

The final invoice issued by the department should be sent to:

There are no particular restrictions. You are welcome to use regular air tickets, if convenient. If possible, however, we expect that you buy tickets at reduced price.
