Registration

Please, register for the course as soon as possible. Until April 30, the registration is considered preliminary. If not cancelled, the preliminary registration is considered to be finite by May 1, 2008. The number of participants is limited to 24. Three seats are reserved for PhD students from the Baltic countries. In case of over-subscription, the organizer will (in accordance with the relevant national contact person) select the participants among the applicants.

After a few days your application will be confirmed trough an e-mail message. The message is only a confirmation that the application has been received. The final decision concerning your attendance is made after the deadline for application has expired.

There is a special application procedure for BOVA PhD students. Please contact the BOVA secretariat directly for information about the procedure.

Terms and conditions

Course fees are as follows:

NOVA PhD students:
No fee.
BOVA PhD students:
The course fee will be 100 €
Other participants:
The course fee will be 500 €. In addition, such participants must organize accommodation and meals by themselves (if necessary you may contact course leader Dietrich von Rosen for help).

Priority is given to NOVA PhD students.

Unlike previous years, there will be no reimbursement of travel costs (not even for NOVA PhD students). It is the obligation of the participant's university to cover the travel costs.
